Hi @Sam_Scope - it's a government funded initiative that has now been running for several years. Different local health authorities run them programmes. If you google Expert Patient Programme you will find lots of different examples, like https://www.whittington.nhs.uk/default.asp?c=10332
I did mine in Richmond about 8 years ago2 -
