in Start here and say hello!
I was 43 when I had my first stroke, 6 months later I had a second stroke. I lost the use of my right side, I'm not able to use a stick to help me walk as it triggers ciatica . My 10 yrs I've been adjusting to my condition has been a long learning process of frustration and realism. From a fit very active always on the go , to half a person who struggles with this basic tasks. Breathing and still got a little fight left
