Dreams

It has always been my dream to be a chef but the disability i was born with has made this dream harder for me to achieve. I've been thinking hard about how I could get closer to achieving my dream and the idea I've come up with is to write a cookbook aimed primarily at others with disabilities. Here's a video I made with a few more details about what i'm planning to do:
I'm really interested to know if any of you think this is a good idea?
Thanks, Fred.

Hi @fredfinch
Have you seen Ronnie Murray? He is a top chef who has done a blog post for Scope about his experiences of being a chef with a shortened arm.
We also have this post about self publishing a book.Scope

Hi @fredfinch great video.
I never cooked yet tomato soup with sweet potato but definitely will do it one day.
Writing a book of cooking for disable people is great idea.
Why do you not consider write two books ? One about cooking and one biography style one.
Make your dreams come true.
