I won my pip appeal on the 10/7/17 but my claim runs out on the 9/8/17 they say I have to reclaim on the 10/8/17 do I still get monthly payments while I reclaim

You can make your renewal claim up to six months before your current award is due to end. I would ring and check, but in these circumstances I would recommend putting your claim in early to minimise the risk of a gap whilst they are assessing the renewal claim. Normally, a PIP award is reviewed before it's due to end and the case manager can extend the fixed period.
In your situation, I would want to put in the renewal claim asap unless PIP inform you that the fixed period has been extended.
