I'm from Daventry, but I now live in Newbiggin-by-the-sea. I have fibromyalgia & have had it now for about 6 years. I live on my own & it's fair to say I struggle most days to find my way. Sleep is my friend.

    Hi @newbigginboy,

Welcome to Scope's online community! It's great to have you on board.

There's plenty of groups and discussions which you can get involved with, whether it be to ask for some help and support, or just to have a chat with other members of our community.

Have you had a look at our 'Invisible impairments' and 'dealing with chronic pain' categories? You may find these of particular interest.

If you have any questions, then please do get in touch!
