in Start here and say hello!
I have fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, tendinitis, poly arthritis, IBS, Depression and all seasons Hayfever and allergies.... Im 44 years old and house wife and mother of 5 grown up kids... I am always looking for a better way of living and feeling I have found pilates and yoga very beneficial.

    Hi @Killernovelist welcome to the community :) I would really fancy trying pilates and yoga more regularly, I have done it a couple of times and really enjoyed it.  I think i need to commit to a regular class!
