Hi everyone. My nephew has lost his PIP claim after an assessment. However, he is appealing against this very harsh decision. Does his carer need to stop claiming carer's allowance or will it stop automatically? Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome
It should stop automatically when the PIP stops but as with all things DWP probably best to make sure to avoid overpayment.
