Awaiting a Tribunal date for partners PIP appeal and last week he had a re-assessment for ESA so waiting for the decision and thoroughly fed up to the back teeth with it all same as most people!

Thanks I have the bundle of papers for the Tribunal do I need to do anything now other than wait for a date? Thanks

You should check that all your evidence is included in the bundle. Now is the time to send any further evidence that you have and submit your own case if you haven't already done so.
Have a look at the info on here and CAB site about appeals

CR
