Hi @debbs
Change can affect people in different ways and I’m sorry to read that you are going through such a difficult and testing time. There a some really good advisers in the Employment and Benefits section of the community, please, talk with them.
Welcome to the community and I’m around if you need to talk.0 -
Hi Debbs and welcome
Can you get f2f advice from CAB or similar ?
You might try involving you local MP, that is what we elect them for.

Hi @debbs
Welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear that you are struggling. It is a positive move that you are speaking to your doctor about your feelings and I am so glad you have joined us here. We have lots of members here who understand so do reach out.If you are having thoughts of suicide, it is important that you discuss them with someone who is qualified to help. Please call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free) or email them at jo@samaritans.org
You might also benefit from reading MIND’s information on how you can help yourself.
If you feel that you may be an immediate danger to yourself, please call 999 or go to your local hospital right away.

Hi @debbs, I hope you're doing okay and I'm sorry to hear that things have been tough. How are you feeling at the moment?
Glad that your universal credit is sorted and fingers crossed you'll soon be able to say the same about your ESA tribunal. Hope today is as kind as possible to you.0 -
