The wait time can vary massively but tends to be at least 4-6 weeks, sometimes longer, so it does seem right that you haven't had a response yet. Hope this helps and good luck! -
If you can stand Vivaldi then you can ring to see if a decision has been made. The phone operater may be able to see it on their screen

just had letter today put my hubby on low for both so we lose the car not happy he was on high for both wat the hell im ringing them in morning im fuming here we go again more appeals more stress
