Someone please tell me reason pip may be Warded

Ok maybe I'm confussed as to why pip and mobility don't go hand in hand please some one tell why they belive they should be Warded pip then explain why no mobility without pain discomfort and walking is a major issue doesn't mean you should get pip ..just to put my mind straight ... as it is being said one is different to the other can't have one without the other ..thoughts knowledge on this statement ..please ..
