Pip assessment

Hello everyone I'm a 53 year old woman born  with Cp I've always work full time  I had arthritis in my lower back  and in neck  I'm always in pain and find it difficult getting around in have cut my hours down I've applied for pip got my appointment for 15.11.17 has anyone got advice please
