    Hi @bevt2017, as CR says, the best place to go for medical advice about your own condition/circumstances is your own GP.

    However, the charity MIND have some great information on bipolar disorder, including self-care and useful contacts, which you might find useful. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    I will defenatly look into it.
    My husband is going to make an appointment with the doctors, to get a referal a.s.a.p.
    I will let you know how I get on? And if I need any other advice.
