I appreciate it if you could please inform or advise me in how to find charities to deal with disable and young children after parents death if no family involved. I heard about Mencap bit iam looking for other charities, with thanks.

Definitely try Mencap. They sent me a big pack of info and they also have free seminars with a solicitor. I went to one which really helped and then used a solicitor recommended in the pack - we have sorted out wills and a trust fund for my daughter. Sorry I don’t know of any other charities, I didn’t need them as Mencap were so good x

Thank you very much for the information, really appreciated. Would be helpful if you don't mind to know how much they charge as a trust only and not the solicitor's fee, with thanks.

Thank you. So what I understand that they charge only once and not yearly or monthly. Thank you once again
