Hi everyone. I am due in court on the 17 of Jan to fight to get my mobility back. What do you think my chances are. I've been on mobility from the age of twelve and I will be 55 on Jan 1st. Has there been much success when people fight to get there mobility back in a court tribunal.
I am frightened and not feeling very hopeful after twice being turned down.

Hi @Getbackmybenefit2017, and welcome to the community!
Best of luck with your appeal: evidence suggests that tribunals have a much higher success rate than initial appeals. I wonder if @neil1972 or @jandavis would like to share their own tribunal tips and advice with you?
Good luck and keep us updated!0
