    Hi Chafron and welcome

So sorry you have lost your Car

The successrates at tribunal are mucg greater as the panel look at the whole case impartially, I do hope you are going to appeal

There is lots of info on here about the process. it is important to understand the points system, descriptors and the criterea for an award.

Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report ?

Hi @Chafron, and welcome. I'm so sorry to hear about what you're going through at the moment. As CR says, appealing your decision is an excellent idea that's more likely to lead to a positive outcome: just let me know if you need any help with this.

@Chafron, hi there, how are you doing.? Must have been a dreadful shock. Have you considered appealing fighting their assets and then driving 9ff into the sunset.?

    Hope you're ok xx
