Am I entitled to the benefit 'ESA'

Hi, trying to find out if Iam entitled to the benefit 'ESA' as I was only told about it the other day by a friend, I only get 'PIP' as know one mentioned anything about the other benefit. My husband had to take early retirement from his work to take care of me. Look forward too hearing from you. Thank You
