i have my pip appeal hearing coming soon and i am terrify,ths is my second one as the first one. i got there late as i was a bag of nervous and spent so much time in the toilet we were late  i suffer from panic attacks and depression. when i got there i was so nervous i couldn t stop shaking and could not get the words out in the appeal room, their adjorn it as there was not much time left and to request my medical records. i just don t know how are going to cope in the room again, as i get nervous in social place any advice anyone can give would be nice

Could you ask your GP to prescribe a mild tranquilliser for you to take before the appeal hearing?

hi it a thought but i doubt it i will try, the doctor i use to see has left it hard to see new doctors
