l have a close relative with a disability. It is mild autism & at 21yrs old he is struggling to get a full time job. He is bright & friendly & he volunteered at a charity shop. All he gets told is join agencies to get work, half the time he has only his job seekers benefit. Why don't employees give the younger generation with difficulties a chance?

Have a look through the site, there are different sections for different types of enquiry. Off hand I couldn't say which would be best but I think I remember some discussions on exactly this point recently.
