Just got this lightbulb for our lounge. £10 on Amazon. It changes colour and can cycle through on its own so we can have a little disco/sensory session!!
But it’s also a really nice brightness adjustable white light and the remote might be a good idea for people who want to turn their big light on and off without having to reach the switch
excuse the pile of junk we have just redecorated!!

I love these bulbs!
At one time this sort of kit was really specialist and very expensive but you can now buy them from many supermarkets and DIY superstores at very reasonable prices.
There is starting to be some good research evidence to show the potential benefits of using coloured lighting for people with a range of different conditions.
