How do I leave my home to my son's with a learning disability , who will never be able to work and get pip/dla and esa

I have set up a Trust Fund through Mencap to leave everything to my daughter who also has learning difficulties. If you ring Mencap at their main office and ask to speak to someone in the Wills and Trust Department they will send you an information pack and a list of local solicitors specialising in learning disabilities in your area. It is vital to set up a Trust Fund as Government/Councils will use money left to people with learning disabilities to fund their future care. Mencap will advise.2
