Hi I used to walking sticks to get around
I also have a learning disabilities I can't read or write

PIP is a benefit for people that have difficulty with some daily activities
There is a self test on the B&W site that will give you an indication

@angel66 Yes you can try and get PIP. Do you have a family member who can help you to fill in the application form? If not then try your local CAB. If you're not able to read or write very well you can ring the Scope helpline number at the top of this page to chat to someone who can help you.1
