Moved in with partner, both on ESA

Hi, my name is Mrsmartin! I moved in with my partner 2 years ago we are both on esa he gets housing benefit if he tells the council I moved in would he have to pay towards the rent

    Hi @Mrsmartin
    It may be a good idea to be honest with the council about your living arrangements as if they find out and it does affect your benefits you could get in trouble.
