Hiya I've got epilepsy and recently got a pip form but unsure how to word it

    Just tell the truth get  support Drs and speciaist letters , go to citizen advice or ask your gp to help , think of your worse day when filling form. Are your fits controlled do you hurt your self  , just get help filling form in.

    Just make sure you have a neurologist letter he will right one saying what type fits you are having mediccatiòn  if they are controlled or not .
    Also go to your Dr ask if you can have well being support worker .
