im looking for advice on how to find a local free law firm who can help me with my appeal as im finding it difficult knowing where to start

    A good place to start is the Law Centres 

    We have a lot of information about appeals here, let us know if you have any particular questions.

    there doesnt seem to be any near me what else can i do because my local citizens advice arent being helpful with esa appeal and so i dont really want to use them if there are other places that can help i live in maidenhead

    yes with the esa one they did a letter to me saying more new evidence was needed and when i got my pratice manager from my doctors to call them he dint know what more was needed

    So with ESA did you have to appeal too? What was the outcome of that?

    and what doesnt help is that know one medical wants to help me even though they agree with me that i shouldnt be in this situation

    There is lots of information here about PIP appeals, is there anyone who could support you with this? A family member or friend?

    there is but how am i meant to magic new medical evidence to help

    i looked at the appeals info do jobcentre plus have people who can deal with appeals

    Perhaps you need to go and see your doctor again to explain more? Do you see any other medical people? Consultants/nurses etc?

    ive been trying to  get help with my conditions since november but dont seem to be getting anywhere and my doctors did a letter last year saying how i struggle to do day to day activities

    and i was under an ot last year who did a massive report saying how i would struggle to hold down a job but the problem with that service is that once they helped me they close my case

    You could try calling the Scope helpline on 0808 800 3333 and speaking to one of our helpline staff?

    They are open 9am to 5pm on weekdays, it can take a while to get through but do persevere :)
