Hi
I lost my ESA medical so all money stopped, I have asked for MR putting the paperwork together.
I am not going to claim JSA and I am not in a UC area, what I am asking is, I get help with my mortgage and I know this will stop, but I am told I will get appeal rate if I lose the MR and go to appeal, if this is true will my SMI payment also begin again.
Please any help as I am struggling to cope and get answers.

Hi @poppyred,
I will look into this for you and see if I can clarify the situation for you.
I'll come back to this post next week when I can get to my books. I know you're struggling and the answers aren't easy to find, but we'll find them.
Have a good weekend and a break from the worry if possible.
Best wishes
Debbie

Thanks Debbie.
A little more info I am appealing the medical doing a mandatory reconsideration, I am not going to be making a claim for JSA hoping the MR wins.
I am working hard not to overly worry.
Cheers
