I notice that finally p I p assessment has finally been uncovered in how unfair it is in its assessment when my son transferred from d l a to p I p yes he did get a small increase in money but then his care charges from the city council shot up from £12.45 per week to £86.45 per week so it's giving with one hand and taken off you with the other hand not worth getting if going to be taken off you
