Hi, I'm currently a childminder but I was diagnosed with a rare motor neuron disease last year called HSP. It is mostly affecting my balance and my walking at the moment but also I'm  extremely conscious of this and because of this I suffer severe anxiety when out. My job is becoming very difficult because of it but I need/want to work. I receive no disability payments.
Where can I go for advice on retraining and potential jobs?

Hi @gillespiepowell123, and welcome to the community! I've moved this post to our ask an employment advisor category where hopefully somebody will be able to provide guidance on this.
