Do we still have to go to the jobcentre after successful claim?

Hi... I'm a mother of a son who has autism.. Just turned 18 so we put a claim in for UC and the clclaieas successfull .. The GP sisign him off for 3 months .. Great... Do i ststi have to go to the jobcentre to see the coach ?? And because he's receiving pip enhanced for both classes disabled wowou thay put him on UC for under 25 and not didisable entitlement x
