Osteoarthritis, fatigue - advice for finding a suitable and understanding employer

Good morning ! I suffer with osteoarthritis , in many joints , got 1 point in the pip test. I struggle with fatigue and struggle after a walk with my dog , and physical work , probably can only do no more than 2 hours work then I am shattered !
What advice can you give me with finding a suitable and understanding employer ?
