hi there i have a mental disability which affects daily life and is a struggle to remember important things mostly.

    Hello @Bennroxy Pleased to meet you Welcome.  Please can I say I have anxiety and depression so I know the struggles.  Plus a disability.

    Main one is my memory.  Best tool I use is a diary.  Not for putting dates in.  Notes and reminders.  Simple one when the post comes.  Use back of envelopes ideal markers.

    I am called The Spiceman because of my love of herbs and spices.  Yet I forget to how to do recipes.  Write them down itemised or bullet points.  In an A4 folder.  with paper and easy to read.

    I understand the problems and issues.  You have met some of the team great.

    Especially Richard my good friend.

    I am always on the forum.  Wish to chat or me listen  Am here.
