Hello @omofele and welcome to the community. You've found a safe place here, are among friends, and we are very glad to have you.
I am not an authority on this particular subject but I'm sure we'll have people who are and who will come back to you with advice. Bear with us.
I did find this in Scope Advice which may be of interest to you: https://www.scope.org.uk/support/disabled-people/money/power-of-attorney
Could you have a look at it and get back to me on whether or not it is useful to you?
In the meantime, don't hesitate to tell us more about any difficulties you have or to ask us any questions.
Here and listening,
Warmest best wishes,
Richard0 -
Hi @omofele, and welcome to the community!
The link provided above by Richard, on power of attorney, may be a good place to start. You may also want to consider making an appointment with Citizens Advice, who may be the best placed to help you with this. You can find your local CAB by searching on their website. Hope this helps and please do come back to us if we can be of any further assistance.0
