I'm suffering from social phobia and bipolar and can't leave the house alone and my.daughter was my carer but has moved out. My benefits have gone down and I don't know.what.to do.

There is lots of information about Bipolar on the MIND website here and they can also offer tailored mental health support.
We have a benefits calculator here that can be good to figure out what you could be entitled to.
