Was my PIP assessment for both benefits?

Hi I am currently receiving lol ,just had assessment as My disability has changed and got worse ,I've also started to claim UC however been put in limited capability work group and activity but haven't had a assessment 
Was my PIP assessment for both benefits?
Please help
