was diagnosed 3 years ago but everytime i apply for pip or dla i get turned down i think im filling the fors out wrong please help

Have you tried taking a PIP self-test? It can help to inform you of what points you might be eligible for.
Citizen's Advice has some guidance on filling in PIP forms, and you can contact them if you feel that you need personalised support.
