Hi I am preparing my application for PIP. Suggested I should do a 7 day diary. Very stressed at saying something that could negatively affect my renewal and assessment. I have Fibromyalgia with joint arthritus, sciatica, asthma and anxiety. I push myself to walk through sciatica and joint back pain and in form asks how far can you walk.

BTW, when walking, pain should be taken into account. Do some googling about it.
