If you are getting DLA, apply for PIP and it gets turned down, do you continue to get DLA until a decision is made at Trubunal?

Hi,No you don't. If you're refused PIP then your DLA will stop 4 weeks after the decision on your PIP is made. If you get as far as Tribunal and a decision goes in your favour then money will be backdated to the original decision.
