Hi can anyone tell me what form I need to download to appeal a p i p decision I need to take it to a tribunal so I need to know what form to download

Hi @Wardylfc, you need to fill in an SSC1 form: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/appeal-a-social-security-benefits-decision-form-sscs1
