My name is Alex and I'm relatively new as well. I have experienced illness in the past and present. I had M.E. or chronic fatigue syndrome in my teens then I later developed schizophrenia in my late teens/early twenties. As time progressed I was also diagnosed with depression when I was 26. I am a resilient person but a warm welcoming group like this is really encouraging when you may have periods of unsettling mental health issues.

Hi Alex late reply I'm afraid as too many things have been going on in my life. Thankyou Alex for giving me an.insight into your early years. Also growing up into late teens. Seems like you've been through the mill Alex.
