Hello everyone just a question as I said my Husband is waiting to hear about MR... we are hoping this will be successful but havnt heard anything. My question is my Husband has never been on any benefits if we are successful when does it get backdated too? Is it when he first applied which is Dec 2017 or from when MR decision is made? Thanx

The backdated money should be paid from the day he completed the form whether he has a successful MR or has to go to appeal. I hope this helps.0
