Struggling with life at the moment having had a heart attack at end of March. I also have epilepsy, type 2 diabetes and now stage 4 kidney failure. I have suffered with cronic back pain sincesurgery in 1997. Say8ng this I have worked 22hrs a week until March. Now signed off sick.
I havedays when I have energy and days when I’m totally wiped out. I walk only short distances, but have a couple of 4,000 steps walks a day and I swim on a Thursday.
coming to terms with how life is just now is very hard and some days I feel like giving up.
having problems just now with continual changes to my drug therapy. I know it will settle eventually, but can’t help wondering when.
Dearly want to get back to work and to have fun with grandchildren.
