Standard rate for pip

Hi. I used to get high rate for daily living needs and middle rate for mobility needs. I have now been downgraded to the standard rate re my assessment. I asked them to re-assess my claim to which they decided to keep me on the standard rate. Will I still be able to apply for a blue badge. Thanks.

Yes as long as you get standard rate mobility allowance, some councils are now being more rigorous in handing out blue badges and granting renewals making people go for an acessment to qualify their need for a blue badge.1

As long as you fit this criteria otherwise it's an assessment at with your local council.
