just had very quick glance at this. Points out what many of us know and lets hope reccomendations take place, they do seem to have grasped the problems and barriers.

This report was as a result of an evidence gathering exercise by the select committee. The contents of this report has been doing the rounds since Feb 2018. Nothing seems to have happened with it other than a revised assessors guide published last month.
When the DWP will enact all of the recommendations is anybody's guess and would suggest that you don't hold your breath for it to happen anytime soon.
If everything in the report is accepted by the DWP and they act on all of it, the result will be an increase in the amount of money being awarded to claimants. That idea is set against the intention of the government to cut back on money being awarded!
