I used to work as a nurse but had to retire on medical grounds after suffering two strokes, am now physically disabled and housebound and wish to find work I can do from home.

Would you be interested in providing, nursing advice via telephone?
Check out Parkinson's UK, they employ nurses that are home based, they put calls through its national helpline.
There are lots of other similar jobs like this.
Also check your local Out of Hours GP service, they are always on the lookout.
