Hello @joe45   Pleased to meet you welcome.

    Congratulations winning your appeal.

I do not know the length of time you have to wait. Sorry not too sure. There are members of our community who will know or a member of our team.

We are a friendly supportive community.

Lots of advice, information, and new friends.

Ask the community anything. Some one will know.

Have you seen our advice on Talk about PIP might be an answer there.

Also speak to CAB can be useful.

    Hope that helps.

    Please take care

Officially it is 28 days, but in reality the Tribunal turns a blind eye to it being beyond 28 days with the reasoning that the DWP are extremely busy.

Very normal, it was 4 weeks before my wife got her award letter and backdated payments.

Give it a few more weeks then ring them if you've not heard anything.
