Hello @joe45 Pleased to meet you welcome.
Congratulations winning your appeal.
I do not know the length of time you have to wait. Sorry not too sure. There are members of our community who will know or a member of our team.
We are a friendly supportive community.
Lots of advice, information, and new friends.
Ask the community anything. Some one will know.
Have you seen our advice on Talk about PIP might be an answer there.
Also speak to CAB can be useful.
Hope that helps.
Please take care

The DWP get 28 days to appeal which has now passed i should ring them and chase it up
I had my payment 21 days after my appeal0 -
Officially it is 28 days, but in reality the Tribunal turns a blind eye to it being beyond 28 days with the reasoning that the DWP are extremely busy.markyboy said:The DWP get 28 days to appeal which has now passed i should ring them and chase it up

Very normal, it was 4 weeks before my wife got her award letter and backdated payments.joe45 said:Hi there I won my pip appeal back on the 11 th July and I’m still awaiting payment is this normal practice thanks
Give it a few more weeks then ring them if you've not heard anything.0
