hi all quick question when you win your court appeal and given 2 years to find out it finishes in 2019 october and it says on letter will be contacted 14weeks before the date is due to finish is the process same has any renewal.or too put it simple has many people that won it at court appeal when renewal is due 14 weeks before is it a face to face if you have won it at appeals by court

    The process is exactly the same for this as it is for a renewal, the only difference is that with a renewal it's done 1 year before the award is due to end. Most people have face 2 face assessments, whether it's first claim, renewal or 14 weeks before the award is due to end. Evidence is also needed. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
