Employing disabled people
I am disabled I have osteoporosis in my knee people don’t like employing disabled people because of the insurance they need to put in place and health and safety issues then you get when you’re on job seekers or universal credit you should do more to get a job I have been to 75 interviews with all the same answer no. I keep going because I hope to see a change in the minds of employers they need to see the bigger picture you are more then the disability you hold keep going keep trying I do one day I hope people minds will change
