I'm worried about my job

I am employed as a full time administrator and have b12 injection ever 11 weeks, 7 to 10 days prior to my injection my work suffers I can't remember how to do things and become so tired I loss concentration, Im worried about my job, I don't know what to do.
Is there any advice how to cope at these times?

As @Ami2301 says, have you considered speaking to your manager about your concerns? They may be able to discuss ways to support you.
Citizens Advice also have employment support available on their website and at your local bureau which you may also find helpful.

Ask doctor if tablets could work, one a day may give you b12 you need but as dose is daily you don't tail off as you do with jabs, holland & Barrett do 1000 strength, tip given to me by nurse who was doing my b12 jabs and it worked?
