The CAB have a great guide to filling in PIP forms here, it can be a overwhelming, do you have anyone who could help you with it?2 -
CAB or similar, and local authority welfare rights, can help you complete a PIP form.
And Disabilty Rights UK site has a good guide to claiming PIP including a draft diary you can adapt. Good idea to include a 7 day diary with your form.2 -
