BSC for recording PIP assessments?

Can someone tell me what BSC stands for 8n relation to contacting them to request recording equipment for a pip assesment?
I have read a conversation feed on it and it uses so many acronyms that i dont know who or where to get this info. I have tried google to no avail.?
Can anyone help please?

Any link to the conversation so we can have some context? That said, I wouldn’t obsess on recording a PIP assessment. I wou;d focus on getting your evidence strong enough. It’s easy enough to prove a HCP report wrong if needs be but that won’t get you PIP.
